2.第一句中第二个he’s也是he is的缩写吗？为嘛he’s和he插在but also中间？

not only...but also...中，真的的并列连词是but. 当二个句子并列时，but需要在第二分句之首。而also是个副词，一般为中位状语，即坐落于主语之后，操作词之后，实意动词之前。所以，并非 he 或 he's 插在了but also之间，而是but作为连词连接并列分句，also坐落于它应该在的中位状语地方。but also并不是像你理解的那样为铁板一块不可分开。
