不少工薪族选择以房养房的方法，来调整我们的通勤时间。所谓以房养房，马上我们的房屋租出去，选择距单位更近的地区或其他区域租房居住。在他们看来，两头租房，不但满足了需要，支出也不大。这群人被叫做双租族。还有的人并未将我们的住房出租，而是用于过周末，过起了双房生活。
